Real Time Viewing via WEBEX and CENTRA

Installing the client on WebEX and Centra works the same on both PC and MAC. You go to Set Up, Meeting Manager, and press the setup button while in WebEX, and in Centra you go to System Check and follow the instructions. You need to turn off all pop up stoppers while using WebEX and Centra.
If you do not have admin rights or certain permissions, parts of the program will not install because standard user rights block you from installing program.

Macintosh

Macintosh systems have some unique problems using the Mac version of Internet Explorer. Netscape should be used. You may need to go into preferences on the browser and under “Helper Applications,” check for “video/x-pn-realaudio, video/x-ms-aff, and video/x-ms-wvx”. If there settings are not there, then you will need to make a “New Type” for each setting. Here is the info for each setting:

Video/x-pn-realaudio:
MME TYPE: video/x-pn-realaudio
Extension: rm
Open it with: realplayer.app (you will need to find the location by using the choose button)

Video/x-ms-aff:
MME TYPE: video/x-ms-aff
Extension: Open it with: windows media player.app (you will need to find the location by using the choose button)

Video/x-ms-wvx:
MME TYPE: video/x-ms-wvx
Extension: Open it with: windows media player.app (you will need to find the location by using the choose button)
