Engineer/Scientist 5 and Engineer/Scientist Manager K – IDS. Responsible and accountable for Technology Planning and the transition of new technology to production customer.

• Created and maintained the Technology Visibility Room and the Technology Planning website for Production Operations.
• Represented the Boeing Operations Council on the Phantom Works Technology Integration Team as part of the Technology Planning and Prioritization process.
• Developed Business Case Analysis methods for Modernization Proposals, presented proposals to Sr. Management for approval, and worked closely with production to achieve maximum benefit from new and existing assets.
